Long story short, I'm in the process of buying a house. That should tell you basically everything you need to know about me if you know me at all. Ugh!

I am happily anticipating the next chapter in the book of my life. I have a feeling it is going to be a great one. I'm looking forward to good decisions and a great deal of fulfillment and happiness. Hope I'm not setting the bar too high.

You are no dumbass, only human. Good luck with the house! I have the same feeling about your next chapter. You're overdue for fulfillment and happiness and you are going to find it in spades.
