YES!
As I was heating up my lunch and singing "Life goes on for a little bitty while," I turned around and looked at the vending machine. Guess what was there?
powdered donuts Yes, boys and girls, I have my powdered donuts.
Shame on me, but I bought a package. I am PMSing SO badly. The night before last I was practically in tears because I wanted ice cream so bad, but I absolutely refused to go get some. I wouldn't even let myself eat cereal. Last night I was jonesing again for ice cream, and I gave in. How will my dress ever fit?? W~ I'm not going to worry about it today.
I am, however, going to go home and do my Richard Simmons again today. Don't make fun of my Richard Simmons tape! I love that thing. I have these toning cords, that are absolutely wonderful. I used this video back in '96, and I found muscles I never knew I had. Plus, it takes about 30 minutes, which is just right for my attention span. There's no cardio involved, and it isn't the same as the gym, but honestly what I'm worried about is toning. Even though I should be worried about the rest. Who can think about being aerobic when it is ninety-something degrees outside? It's disgusting. If it can't be done in air conditioning with a fan directly on me, it ain't gonna get done.
And that's all I have to say about that!
