Life Goes On For a Little Bitty While!
I love the song "Little Bitty" by Alan Jackson. I've been walking around the house for days singing the only lyrics I know.
[insert extreme country accent]"It's alright to be little bitty, little home town, or a great big city. Might as well share, might as well smile, life goes on for a little bitty while!"
I have been making Michele crazy with it. She asked if there was any time in the near future when I might quit singing it. As if!
I have become addicted to news radio. This is when you know you've gotten old. Seriously. I listen every day on the way home from work. I originally started listening to it because they do the traffic every six minutes, but I was sucked in by the political discussions. I like the fact that the show I listen to is pretty right wing. Since Time seems to be a little to the left, I need something a little to the right. A girl must know her friends well, her foes even better! Besides, every now and then those Repubs have some great ideas. You can't argue with someone if you don't know their point of view. My .02.
We have a new real estate agent. Thank God. We have an appointment with her on Saturday afternoon. Woo-hoo! So, the house hunt is officially back on.
I am still sleeping. Like a baby. Not alcohol or drug induced. Yay!
