Stuff

I tried the whole Christmas tree thing. I took it back down. First of all, that poor thing is super tiny in here and looks really sad. Also, I wasn't feeling any love for it. If you can't put your tree up with love, forget it. What's the point? I did get around to unpacking one more box. Two if you count the little bitty one. I'm still very frustrated not to have everything unpacked. Not like me at all. Nope.

I am so bored.

Please tell me I did not just yell at the TV during a hockey game. Told you I'm bored. NY is killing STL. Oh, wait. That is a 6 not an 8. Okay, just winning by a decent margin.

TV sucks. BORING. I'm not even interested in watching it. I watched someone the Billboard Awards. Boring. Gilmore Girls. Boring.

I went to the doctor, of course. I drove 45 minutes to get out there. Waited 25 minutes, talked to him for 15 at the absolute most. He asked what I wanted, I told him, he wrote prescriptions, charged me $80 and we were done. Heh. I get to start upping my stuff again, thank goodness. Woo! I should be fairly normal by Christmas. :)

Did I tell ya'll I signed up on Match.c0m? I did, right? Not too much action, but I did have a couple of people 'wink' at me. (This means express interest.) One of them I haven't written back yet, the other I've swapped a few emails with. She seems like a nice chick and I think she lives about 15 minutes from here. What all this means is a bunch of nothing, but it gives me something to blog about while I'm waiting for bed. I'll let you know if it gets any more interesting. (Of course!)

I have a work party tomorrow night. I thought I was going to be able to get out of it, but I can't. :( I did find out tonight that my friend from CA will be there. I didn't think she was invited, but she is, so that's pretty groovy. I'm sure we'll hang out and have entirely too much fun together. Thursday night I have another work party and I'm crashing in some suite in Plano so I don't drive and drive. This was my boss' idea. Where I work company parties are all about getting your drink on. We know I love to get my drink on, but not with work people. Not good. A~, Friday night Judy and Jessica are crashing over here. We talked about going to the bar, but we may just stay in and have a slumber party. An old-fashioned watching scary movies slumber party. Should be cool.

Man, I gotta get dressed, fix the hair and put on make up for the next 3 days. How exhausting. I know 2 of the suits I'm going to wear, but I don't have the third one picked out, yet. Maybe I'll with the teal. Hmm. Yeah. The teal is good. Good deal. Pink, teal, brown. Done deal.
