Not Feeling Great
I'm not feeling all that great tonight. I think I might go to bed when I'm done with this post. This was an incredibly long weekend, and I have quite a bit to blog about, but my thoughts aren't organizing right now. I need to fix up the house the way it was when Michele left on Saturday or I am going to be in big trouble. So tired. Tired.
Uh oh.
*sigh*
Oh, let me tell you about my fun experience with contacts today. When I was in high school I had green contacts, but I rarely wore them because I have issues touching my eye and I blink too much. I pretty much figured that more than ten years later, I'd be less squeamish. Not so. Suzy and Rachel were popping in a bazillion different colors. I was still working on my first. I poked and poked at my eye. Tugged this way, tugged that way. No dice. I must have sat there for 20 minutes trying to get that bastard in. Rachel ended up putting in my contact. My eye was red and it was throbbing. Not fun. Yet, I was still hopeful...my, what pretty blue eyes I was going to have! I looked in the mirror and both eyes were exactly the same color. I figured I would try the more green contacts. Rachel stuck the green contact in my eye. Once again, both tyes were the same color.
*sigh*
Right now, my clear contacts are in the back seat of my car. Wonder how long it will take me to get them in tomorrow. I'm supposed to go back in a week to let the Dr. know how the clear contacts are working out.
Uh oh.
