See? I already feel better. For now.
I called my Employee Assistance Program and got a referral to a counselor. My first appointment is this Wednesday night. I get 4 sessions for free and after that, my insurance will cover 20 sessions. Gosh, I hope I'm better by then. This is what I should have done instead of the crazy Paxil, anyway. Heck, the Paxil is probably why I feel so crazy right now.
