Friday Five
1. What is your favorite restaurant and why?
On The Border. They have a wonderful appetizer called Fundido DePollo that is to die for. It's a big plate of melted cheese and chicken. Mmmm.
2. What fast food restaurant are you partial to?
Taco Bell. Hands down.
3. What are your standards and rules for tipping?
I double the tax and then add a smidge. Tax here is 8.25%, so I always leave at last 16.5% unless the service sucks. Or I'm at Pancho's or somewhere where the staff doesn't really do much.
4. Do you usually order an appetizer and/or dessert?
Not usually. If something on the dessert menu really looks enticing, I'll occasionally order some kind of cake that comes in a little skillet with ice cream. I always get chips and salsa when I go to Chili's. They have great salsa.
5. What do you usually order to drink at a restaurant?
Fast food I drink Coke or iced tea. If I'm at a sit-down restaurant I either get tea or wine. Most usually tea.
