Dawn's Digression.

The interview went okay, I think. They walked me around and introduced me to everyone in the department -- including the VP of HR. The job would be a complete lateral for me. The company is not too big, and the dress code is professional. They have very limited time off, too. As a matter of fact, they have one less day off per year than I do now. In one more year, I'll get another 6 days of vacation a year. Unless they offer me the exact amount I'm asking for, I'm not going to take it (assuming it is offered!). If they do offer me the amount I asked for, then I will have a decision to make. This may all be a moot point, though, if the job is not offered to me.
