Dawn's Digression.

Believe it or not, I took a picture of Darcee's Halloween scarf yesterday. And then I even went to my computer to unload and upload some pictures. Then my computer freaked out. Then I got frustrated and gave up. Man, when will my computer at home give me a break? I can't dial up any quicker that 29,000. I can't afford DSL/Cable. And even if I could, I can't afford the card I'd need to go in the computer. It's all very frustrating. But really low on the list. It's best if I'm not on the computer, anyway. There are other things to be done.
Yesterday, on the way to work, I was stuck in my usual spot. I sit through the same light about 3 times each day. Anyway, I noticed a little butterfly flying around outside my window, and I smiled. I looked to the right, and I saw dozens of butterflies fluttering around this little swampy area next to the road. This made me happy. Every now and then I get a glimpse of something wonderful and it makes my day. The butterflies were there again today. I wonder how long I have been oblivious? Now for the sad part: The butterflies live right next to a construction zone. I'm sure it is only a matter of weeks before they put a highway right through their pretty little habitat.
This is what my flowers were supposed to look like.
This is what I got. See the difference? See why I was upset? It all ended up okay, though.
I hope that you noticed the ad is now gone. :) I have been upgraded. This upgrade makes it easier for me to put in pictures. Yay! So, as soon as I get thatdamn wonderful computer to work, you might get more pictures. Yay!
