Happy Valentine's Day.
I hope yours is Berry special. :)
This morning I took Muffin's flowers and crossword puzzle to her at work. She's supposed to be at work at 8, but it got to be 8:30, and she still wasn't there. I thought this was curious. I was sitting in Shelley's office and her phone rang. My work number comes up on Shelley's caller ID. "Is that her number?", she asks. "No. That's MY number!" Muffin was sitting here at my desk with flowers she had brought for me. Poor Shelley can't figure out what to say. So, we completely missed each other. And we both drove WAY out of the way. I was an hour and fifteen minutes late for work, and she was probably about the same. It is really funny. But I am so sad I missed her. I would have loved to have been surprised by her showing up here. *pout*
Anyway, we're off to Cirque Du Soleil this afternoon. I'm leaving here in half an hour. Woo-hoo! Oh, and by the way, she did guess where we were going.
