A few updates
Well, I still don't have the digital camera. There are two of them I can't seem to choose between. So I'm just going to wait. I suppose the time just isn't right.
The soccer game went okay. Unless you count my coughing fit. It was awful. I thought I was going to throw up. Other than that, though, I had a good time. I was a little pitiful on the field, but I don't feel too bad about that since I haven't played since I was 8. Big deal. I don't think I screwed anything up, and I'll take that as a wonderful thing. We lost, though. I so don't even care.
Speaking of losing, Michele and I went to play racquetball on Sunday. We played 6 games, I think. She whipped my ass every. single. time. Yes, I suck at that, too. But in my defense, I have only played 2 times now. She said I have improved, but hell, there was no other way to go! I feel kind of bad for her having to play with me. It doesn't challenge her, and I think it might be a tad boring, but I appreciate her going and playing with me.
I injured myself playing racquetball, though. I smacked my hand with the racket. Don't ask. It just happened. I have a giant bruise on my left pointer finger. It's ugly and disgusting. I'm also incredibly sore. It's better today, but yesterday I could not find a place on my body that didn't hurt. I'm happy to say that today my left arm and the small of my back do not hurt. Everything else still does, though.
We went to see Final Destination 2 on Saturday. 3 stars. Rental.
I keep burning stuff. The other day I burned some tea. I started the water to boil, and forgot all about it. My pan is all kinds of jacked up. I don't know if I'll be able to clean it or not. It's bad. And of course, it is our favorite pan. Good thing it is mine and not hers. I also burned dinner last night. After we ate it, though. I put it back in for a few minutes so the meat would be a little more done (Kabobs) and burned the SHIT out of it. At least I didn't have to eat it today. It was gross. I thought Michele was mad about me burning it, but she was a good sport and laughed with me. I think she was relieved, too, that she wouldn't have to eat it for lunch. So, we have TV dinners for lunch today. YAY!
