Wanna hear something cool? That school loan is going to relieve the heck out of my debt load. (Until I have to start repayment!) Right now I have seven credit cards I'm paying on. As of next week, I will have 2. They will both be paid off in a year. Now, I know I've said this before, but this is without me adding anything to what I've been paying per month. Matter of fact, it is with me paying less AND I get a nice raise in March. Awesome. Maybe after I get these cards paid off, I can go ahead and start on my loan. Do they let you do that? I can't see why they wouldn't take money if I'm offering.
Anyway, that made me happy. It really just postpones the payment of the debt, but it's lower APR, and less accumulation of fees. That's good.
