Yes, and no.
When you love someone and pour your whole soul into the kiss, OMG, bliss. And when someone kisses you with their whole heart you can totally feel it.
However, it can be faked.

I love to kiss. Oh my heavenly stars, do I. For hours on end. Okay, maybe not quite that long. Kissing is better than all the other stuff that might come with it.
I would like to add the disclaimer that it cannot be faked in all instances. Like when you'd rather poke your eye out with a red-hot poker than kiss someone. Probably not fakeable.
