I still haven't been sleeping. Have I mentioned this? I think I need an acrynym for "have I mentioned this?" because I seem to say that a lot. How about HIMT? Yeah, A~
I can't sleep at night. As soon as the better half is doing that deep breathing my eyes are open. Last night I tossed and turned all friggin' night. I didn't take a sleeping pill because it is important to me that I not rely on them. But it is bad.
At one point last night/this morning I woke up on my back with my palms pressed to the bed and my eyes wide open. Like I had been sleeping with my eyes wide open and I was just waiting for the world to focus. I couldn't move for a few seconds either. It really freaked me out. I never sleep on my back. Never. It was almost like how they say you wake up from one of those out-of-body experiences. Bizarre. I kept asking myself throughout the night if there was something really bothering me, and I just can't think of a thing. But last night was the absolute worst. I never slept for more than 2 hours at a time, and even when I did, it was like I was awake the whole time.
I did wake up once just in time to see Ally puking her guts out in the hallway. And it wasn't cat food. It was just liquid, which I know from experience is painful to barf. It just hurts. And man, did she barf. I didn't know she could hold that much liquid. Grody. But I cleaned it up and pet her for a second. Then I went to the bathroom. When I came out she was sitting right next to her food bowl. I gave her a tiny bit of food just in case she needed to throw up again she would have some food to throw up. Have you ever thrown up bile? It is awful. You'll eat just so you have something to come up instead. Mercy, that is TMI.
