Why I'm an Idiot

I have had all kinds of banking problems, as we all know. So, I get myself all set up with a new account. Woo-hoo! I'm good!

I bounced two checks in my new account. I have never bounced a check without knowing it was going to happen. I even remember saying to myself on Tuesday "transfer money, transfer money, transfer money" (you know, that thing you do when you are trying to remember to do something).

WELL~ I forgot. How in the world Dawn The Anal forgot to transfer funds, I'm not sure I'll ever understand. The bank charged me $30 per check, AND they were returned to the merchants. I called the bank and asked them why in the world checks continued to be paid from my old account (Even though fraud was reported), and then on a GOOD account, they returned them. Anyway, I was nice to them, they were nice to me, and credited me back the $60.

The point here is, and I do have one...

I am an idiot!

Oy.
